When enrolling a "New" student please use their school email account.  Make sure to assign your kids to only the sports they plan to participate in.  If you had a child enrolled in Final Forms for the 23-24 school year the process will be sieamless this year.  Just simply verify that your information is correct and change ony the information that needs changed and both parent/guardian and student-athlete have to electronically sign all forms. When it comes time for the Physical, electronically fill out the Medical Questionaire inside Final Forms and print that out and bring to Physical Night or take to your Healthcare Professional.  The only piece of that needs to be uploaded will be (page 3) that the doctor fills out.
